I’m 60-years-old this week and I can honestly say I feel better than ever! I know from living my life all these years what is important and what is not — FINALLY!!
Here are some lessons I’ve finally learned after all these years, I…
Live the life of my dreams –
I dreamed of living on the Big Island of Hawaii for many, many years. AND now I live here. When I first arrived I was on the Big Island but not exactly where I belonged. Several years ago I moved to Puako, Hawaii and I’m totally in love with this place.
I also dreamed of taking my business online so I could connect with people all over the world every day to help them feel better, live pain-free and be happy. That dream has come true!
Have a great community of friends –
I am surrounded by people who love me and I love them back.
Never stop learning –
I learn something new every single day and challenge myself to take courses and try new methods constantly.
Always look at myself when a challenge arises –
I take responsibility when a physical, mental or spiritual challenge arises. Victim is not a role I play.
Know how to set boundaries –
When something or someone is not an energetic match for me. I immediately stop doing that thing or stop hanging out with that person.
Careless about looks –
I’m no longer driven by how I look and am only driven by how I feel.
Don’t do anything I don’t want to do –
I say “no’ to anything I don’t want to do. That has brought me so much freedom in my life.
Move every day to feel good –
I don’t miss a day on my mat moving to work out the pain or tension. The ocean is my happy place and I swim every day the ocean allows!
I’ve got a great Ageless In-Gratitude Movement Practice this week — check it out here!
Have a great partner –
I appreciate Ricardo and what he brings to my life. We are great life partners who help each other navigate this big ol’ world. We agree on important issues like equal rights for all, caring for every being on this planet — people, plants, animals, fish, water and soil.
Every time I look at him, I think what a great piece of living art you are!
Deeply connect to source through nature –
Every morning I go out to the beach and do my Ho’oponopono movement practice. It connects me to Source and allows me to flow from love for the rest of the day.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful life with me!
Please share something you’ve learned from all the years you’ve been alive in the comment section below.
