Thank you!
Gratitude flows into my heart. I feel it’s essence filling me up. Filling every cell with pulsating life force. I’m grateful. So grateful to be alive and having this human experience.
I sleep well and wake up with a big smile on my face to see what gifts life has in store for me today. Ahhhh, Thank you, thank you for this beautiful life!
Until —
Things start to get difficult. Someone wants to do things in a different way than I envisioned. Anytime I listen to the news — Gratitude is nowhere to be found.
As gratitude ebbs away from me, I toss and turn at night. I don’t smile and often feel a frown forming on my face. I find myself thinking — this life kinda sucks.
Rampages of appreciation
It is here that I pull out a tool I learned from Abraham-Hicks years and years ago. I find a piece of paper and begin to write down everything I’m grateful for. I go on a rampage of appreciation.
A few minutes into writing down all that I’m grateful for I find my heart filling with gratitude, my frown turns into a smile and I find I’m happy. Really happy.
This powerful tool has helped me find gratitude as I faced all sorts of challenges. It has carried me through the death of loved ones and the loss of pets. It’s helped me through hurricanes, lava flows, and earthquakes. My relationship break ups, betrayals, and people being rude — end with a feeling of gratitude because of this tool.
I’m so grateful — Thank you, Thank you
To ramp up my rampages of appreciation I’ve put together a full-body gratitude practice in this week’s Ageless Movement Practice for members only. You’ll feel gratitude filling you from head to toe.
That pulsating force of joyful gratitude will leave you saying, “YES” to your life no matter what you’ve been through or who did what to you. Click here to join the grateful group of Ageless movers! You’ll be soooo thankful you joined in on the gratitude fest! Your body, mind, heart, and soul will be so happy.
