Jot down the dates — Friday, March 3rd through Friday, March 10th, 2023. The retreat is located in the enchanting beach community of Puako on the Big Island of Hawai’i, on the ever-sunny Northwest side. Steps away from the retreat house is the beach access leading you to the marine-life-laden shores of Puako which allows you hours and miles of exploration along this pristine stretch of beach which just offshore, boasts world-class snorkeling.

Puako, once an ancient fishing village and sugar plantation, is now the ONLY residential oceanfront community on the South Kohala Coast of The Big Island.

The cost of the retreat is $2200.00 which includes lodging for the first 8 that sign up and the approximate cost of lodging for all others.

Included in the cost is a beautiful vegan lunch that we will all share together after the morning movement practice. The other meals are on your own. There is a general store in the neighborhood that all can walk to and the Fairmont Orchidland is within walking distance for a nice meal out.

Also, included in the cost of the retreat is a daily three-hour Movement/Yoga Therapy class, an afternoon or evening meditation and/or a guided experience.

Transportation from the airport can be obtained with Lyft or Uber. Which is approximately $50 one way but can be split between four people.
