Come into the space between things
A retreat is a FULL pause. Like the pause between your breaths. It’s a place between the way you were doing your life and the way to love your life.
A retreat is an EMBRACE. A place and time to pay attention to you. To fall in love with you. How are you treating yourself? What do you need that you aren’t giving yourself? How long has it been since you fully faced yourself and gave you a big, long, sweet, loving hug?
A retreat is a place to BE. Not do. Just be. To come back into you and get to know yourself again. To feel your heart and open it to loving you first. A safe place to sit back, relax and take in all the wonders of this beautiful world. To re-member you are the pure essence of love and your life is amazing. To recognize you are a living piece of love art
Time to Fully pause, embrace yourself and be LOVE.
Here’s an easy way to do just that —

Need an instant injection of love??? Do this move to take a quick pause from your hectic life to reconnect to your love.
Supported Child’s Pose
Grab a bolster or fold a blanket in half and roll it up. Come to kneel on our mat with your knees outer hip-width apart. Bring the bolster or rolled blanket between your knees right up to your pubic bone and lie over it. Take your forehead to rest on your bolster or a block placed on your bolster. Rest your arms either overhead or alongside your legs. If your knees hurt — place a rolled towel between your calf and hamstrings or elevate your bottom on a pillow
Follow your breath in through your nose and feel the pause at the top of your inhale. Follow your breath out of your mouth by saying haaaaa and pausing for the mantra of love retreat at the bottom of your exhale. Keep breathing this way and allow yourself to rest in the Full Embrace of your Being — Your pure essence of love.
